Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This website is operated by an authorised channel partner of My Home Group for the pre-launch project known as Codename Anandam in Whitefield Annex, Bengaluru. It is not the official website of the developer. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Details you submit: your name, mobile number and, if you choose, the home size you are interested in, when you fill in an enquiry, brochure or site-visit form.
- How you reached us: the page you landed on and advertising information in the link you clicked (for example the campaign name, keyword or Google click ID), so we know which advertisements are useful.
- Basic usage data: if analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, Google may collect standard information such as device type and pages viewed, under Google's own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To call you back and share the brochure, price sheet, floor plans and other details you asked for.
- To arrange site visits and answer your questions.
- To measure which advertisements bring enquiries. If you submit a form after clicking a Google ad, your phone number may be securely hashed and shared with Google to match the enquiry to the ad (enhanced conversions).
We contact you only about the project you enquired about, by phone, under a strict no-spam policy. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can see your information
Your enquiry is delivered to our sales team by email through a form-processing service (FormSubmit). It may be shared with the developer, My Home Group, only to process your enquiry or booking. Advertising measurement is handled by Google.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to assist you with your property search, and delete them on request.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, or to correct or delete your details, by calling or messaging 97408 63838. We will act on your request promptly, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Cookies
This site stores a small note in your browser to remember that you have already submitted an enquiry, so we don't keep showing you the form. If Google advertising or analytics measurement is enabled, Google may set its own cookies.
